• KSU Catering prides itself on the ability to provide specialty menus to meet the university community's needs. Our catering team has the talents to make your event special through personalized menus, linens, flowers and decorations. We collaborate with local, high-quality vendors to achieve your desired effect.   • We are prepared to accommodate most health-related dietary restrictions and food allergies. To meet your guest's needs, we ask that you inform KSU Catering as soon as possible so we can make accommodations.

    Allergy Alert: Food in our facilities could have been prepared on shared equipment that may have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, seaweed, shellfish, fish, dairy and eggs.

  • Clients are responsible for arranging guest tables and set up with Event and Venue Management. Please add details of guest tables in the "room set-up details" section during the event booking process. Event and Venue Management will need the table shape, quantity, size or how many guests need to be seated, and the general table arrangement.   
  • All food items purchased come with disposable service ware. China and glassware are available for an additional charge. China service is mandatory in both the Jolley Lodge and Executive Dining Room.

  • Linens are supplied for all tables holding food and beverages from KSU Catering. Additional linens may be requested for guest seating, meeting and registration tables with additional fees. If you would like linens, please enter this information into the request form.  
  • Our skilled staff members can be utilized as the day-of point of contacts. They have direct access to our chefs to make any adjustments or handle any conflicts that may arise. If an attendant must step away, please contact the following:
